1. Introduction
Welcome to VatBestWay. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our cross-border VAT refund assistance services, info-products, and goods. By engaging with VatBestWay, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Cross-border VAT Refund Assistance Services
VatBestWay provides professional assistance to prepare and submit VAT refund claims on your behalf. You must provide accurate documentation and information. After payment is received, we will initiate the claim process in accordance with applicable regulations.
Refund and Transfer Policy: You may cancel a service request within 5 days of payment and receive a full reimbursement of fees. After 5 days or once documentation is formally submitted to tax authorities, no reimbursement is available due to incurred processing costs. However, you may transfer your service to another individual by notifying us at least 10 days before your scheduled submission date. Requests to transfer a service must be submitted via Contact Form.
2.2 Info-Products
Our info-products include digital guides and templates designed to help you understand the VAT refund process. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Refund and Transfer Policy: If you have not downloaded or accessed the info-product, you may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. Once the content is downloaded or accessed, no reimbursement is available, as digital delivery is immediate and irreversible. You may transfer your license to a colleague by contacting us via Contact Form within the 14-day period.
2.3 Goods
VatBestWay may supply physical materials such as VAT claim kits. All goods are subject to availability.
Refund and Transfer Policy: You may return unused goods in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a reimbursement of the purchase price within 14 business days. Transfers of goods orders are not available.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are due in advance. Accepted methods are credit card or electronic transfer as indicated at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Amendments
